Finally! My day off...
I had been planning this since my last day off.
I was pumped! Excited to relax, watch movies and buy some new cowboy boots!
Unfortunately, days off don't usually go the way you would like. That's just the way it is.
Turns out that instead of getting myself a brand new spankin pair of cowboy boots! I got to get myself some new transmission belts.

I needed a pick me up so I made this for dinner. It did the trick. (With some help from Matt Damon and his sweetness - "We bought a zoo" is a pretty great mood lifter) Thanks Joy and Matt.

I have been feeling pretty lethargic and slow the past few days and not too sure why – maybe the weather? maybe I'm just being lazy…
Either way, my mood called for something warm and toasty. I took it upon myself to bake these delicious biscuits courtesy of Joy the Baker. She’s my default recipe guru and so far, she’s never done me wrong!
